You may already be aware that we have been experiencing quality issues with the Petrol and Alby Blue board, which led us to remove these colours from our carcase colour offering last year, offering them as Linden door finishes only.

We have been working with our supplier to try and improve these particular boards but, unfortunately, we have not seen the significant improvement in quality that we require. As a result, we have sourced alternative material from a different supplier, which more than meets our quality standards.

Petrol will be replaced by Niagara Green. Niagara Green is slightly lighter and brighter than Petrol.

Alby Blue will be replaced by Tyrolean Blue. Tyrolean Blue is lighter, somewhere in between Alby Blue and Smoke Blue.

Please note, these colours are not direct replacements. It is important that you dispose of any Petrol and Alby Blue samples and replace them with the new colours. Samples will be sent out over the next few weeks.

WHEN WILL THE CHANGE HAPPEN?

Tyrolean Blue and Niagara Green can be used for Linden doors, 18mm panels, 36mm panels and carcases. Stock will arrive w/c 29th March, however it is possible to place orders in the new colours immediately, for fulfilment at the end of March/early April.

We currently have stock of both Alby Blue and Petrol, so these colours will be available only while stocks last.
