We have created an online version of our Pre-Delivery Information form, which is much quicker to complete and can be accessed via web link or QR code. There's no need to send us the completed form, this is done automatically.
The day before your delivery, you will now receive a Delivery Planning email at 1pm. This serves as a reminder to complete the online form, which must be done by 4pm that day, and lists the orders you will receive and when (AM or PM).
The following morning at 8am, you will receive the usual Delivery Notification email containing final confirmation of the orders being delivered, your drivers name and contact details.
