2 November 2020

Dear Customers,
I am writing to re-assure you that our factory will continue to operate, and we will continue to make deliveries in line with government guidelines.
Our factory will continue to follow the guidelines which were established during the lockdown in the Spring.
Our delivery team will be making deliveries as usual. We will send a reminder about what is required to ensure a successful delivery and the additional steps that are being taken to safeguard our staff and customers.
PLEASE NOTE:
During the last lockdown we were fortunate enough to have an empty warehouse which we had just taken on; This allowed us to store kitchens that were delayed at customer request. We have since installed a new edger, taken on additional bulk stock and fully utilised this space, meaning that we will not be able to hold deliveries that are delayed at short notice. We will assist wherever we can, but please understand that we will not be able put off deliveries once they are assembled. We ask that you confirm all jobs with your customers in advance and ensure that deliveries will be able to be made. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
We will continue to update you as things tend to change rapidly in the current climate, but please be assured that all scheduled deliveries and orders we intend to fulfill.
Thank you for your business and I wish you and your families the best over the coming weeks.
Best Regards,
Tom
