NEW BELFAST SINK UNITS

We have now introduced two new Sink Base Units to our Belfast Range.

Belfast Sink Base Unit 600mm - 495 High with 495 High Door (No Gap) - BFSH60-495-495DOOR
Belfast Sink Base Unit 800mm - 495 High with 495 High Doors (No Gap) - BFSH80-495-495DOOR

These are now available to order through the Sales Order Processing team or through our online ordering portal.

With sink manufacturing tolerance being larger on Belfast sinks, it is often necessary for the unit to be slightly shorter to allow it to fit. These units allow you to maintain a 5mm gap, despite size variations.

PLEASE NOTE: you will need to pack the sink up during installation to prevent the top of the cabinet door from binding on the sink.

SOFFIT UPDATE

To ensure a high quality finish for our aluminium extrusions (used to hold LED lighting), we will be installing them where possible into our shelves, soffits and unit tops. Lighting rolls will still be supplied on rolls to prevent damage in transit and allowing your fitting teams to customise the installation on site.

APPLIANCE SUPPORT PANELS

To equip our fitters with what they need, we are now providing appliance doors with an included MFC panel. These panels are to be fitted above integrated appliances, such as dishwashers, undercounter fridges, freezers and wine coolers.

The panel will be supplied at 602mm wide (Our recommended space for integrated appliances) and at a depth to suit (Lay On and Aluma sizes).
To aid the fitting of these, the provided panels will be pre-drilled with pocket screws, complete with 6 screws as well as the required screw bit for installation.

APPDOOR (Suitable for our lay-on ranges)
HL-APPDOOR (True Handleless)

When you order an APPDOOR, you will receive a 715 x 597mm door for the range you are ordering in, as well as the above panel and screw sets.

When you order a HL-APPDOOR, you will receive a 684 x 597mm door for the range you are ordering in, as well as the above panel and screw sets.

MADE-TO-ORDER ENHANCEMENTS

We are offering a wider variety of Made-to-Order options in our Origin range to allow you to be more flexible with your customers. See below for details:

Zola Soft-Matte: now available
Foil Made to Order Panels: Kensington & Dawson ranges, available in October
Ash Timber Panels: available in November

EXPRESS INTERNAL WIRE MECHANISMS

Following customer and fitter feedback, we have made the decision to change the internal wirework mechanisms we offer on our Express Kitchen Range. We are now transitioning to the Kessebohmer Silver mechanism range. These are of high quality and ensure consistent finishes throughout our entire collection, as well as being easy to install and well-fitting. Based on our previous experience with Kessebohmer, we believe their products offer a very reliable solution.

The following units will be updated for orders placed after 08/09/2023 utilising the new mechanisms.
