We have some exciting news to share with you!
We have developed a new Virtual Interactive Map to make delivery planning easier for you. This tool will enable you to see your delivery days for specific areas, allowing you to plan your schedule accordingly.
As you may recall, we released a similar map last year to provide you with transparent information on our delivery charges. We received positive feedback, and we wanted to build on that success by providing you with more useful tools.
With this new map, you will have access to all the necessary information about your delivery days in one convenient location. We believe that our Virtual Interactive Map will provide you with a seamless delivery experience, and we are committed to making your delivery process as easy as possible. Please note that some days may have been altered from what you may be used to, this is to streamline our delivery process, we tried to keep the changes to a minimum.
These changes will take effect on orders from delivery week 19, which begins on the 8th of May 2023.
If you would like a printable PDF copy of the map, please do not hesitate to contact our Transport Department. They will be happy to provide you with a copy that you can keep for your records.
Please be aware that although we make every effort to adhere to regular delivery schedules, we retain the right to modify any delivery day provided we give a two-week notice. We will inform you of any adjustments in a timely manner to ensure that you are constantly kept informed and up to date.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Any applicable Congestion and Clean Air charges will be applied on the day of delivery, when a specific vehicle has been allocated. These charges vary between £50 and £100 and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.

BANK HOLIDAY'S 2023
This is a gentle reminder of the bank holidays that are coming up, the office will be closed and there will be no deliveries on:
Week 14 - Friday 7th April
Week 15 - Monday 10th April
Week 18 - Monday 1st May
Week 19 - Monday 8th May
We always work hard to minimise the impact of any bank holidays by consolidating delivery routes. This will be done on a first come first serve basis, so the earlier you get your orders in, the better.
