IMPORTANT: PRICE INCREASE

In May, we wrote to confirm that we would absorb the additional supplier surcharges introduced following our annual price review, keeping our prices unchanged at that time.

Since then, our door suppliers have announced further increases. Having carefully reviewed the impact, we have taken the decision to absorb the majority of these additional costs ourselves, limiting the increase passed on to our customers to 1.75% on the door ranges listed below, effective from 1st November 2026.

We regret having to introduce this increase, particularly at a time when securing business remains challenging and margins are already under pressure. We know that any additional cost makes it harder to keep your projects competitive, and this is not a decision we have taken lightly.

While we are unable to absorb these latest increases in full, we have kept the adjustment as limited as possible. This adjustment is necessary to help offset ongoing increases in manufacturing, material and operational costs, while continuing to deliver the quality, service levels and reliability you expect.

To allow for forward planning, we recommend that any orders intended to be supplied at current pricing are placed prior to 1st November 2026. Orders placed before this date will be honoured at the current pricing.
