STOCK COLOUR CHANGES
With 2025 rolling in, we have some exciting updates coming to our Quantum ranges, and to make way for these, a few of our stock colours are changing to Paint-to-Order colours.
Webburn is now only available as a Paint-to-Order option.
Dust Grey has moved to a Paint-to-Order colour in Shaldon, Wickham and Purley.
Porcelain and Dust Grey in our Brook range have been removed from stock in both gloss and matt finishes.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Donna, our expert Regional Sales Manager, will be spending more time at our Marsh Barton factory to support you throughout 2025.
She'll be on-hand to help with weekly calls and specialist support. While she'll still visit in person for training, she'll also co-ordinate some services remotely from our Exeter office.

ORDER PROCESSING UPDATE
Jim Bowley is out of office for the next four weeks on recovery from a knee operation. Please join us in wishing Jim good luck and a speedy recovery!
During this time, Dani, Amy, and Abi will be working hard to ensure all your orders are processed. However, with one fewer team member, there might be a slight delay in some processing. Please know they’ll be doing their absolute best to keep things moving smoothly.
