After a challenging day working with our Internet Service Provider, they have rectified their system outage, which impacted all of their customers.

Our systems are now operational again, with online portal and phone services now restored.

While outges such as these are infrequent, we understand the inconvenience it causes when our services are temporarily unavailable. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience incurred during this time. From tomorrow we will be working to catch up on the backlog of orders and enquiries we couldn't address today. We will also be undertaking addtional work with our ISP to incorporate additional redundancy into our telecoms network, to prevent outages such as these from affecting our own network so severely and impacting our customer experience.
