At present we are seeing supply chain issues across many suppliers, which are impacting our order lead times. We have also seen a large influx of orders following many customers re-opening their showrooms, which has required us to temporarily stretch our own lead times while we adjust to this increase in demand. During this time we ask customers to allow:
5-6 weeks lead time on standard orders
6-7 weeks on painted orders
7-8 weeks on painted orders with special sizes
10-12 weeks on Elegance/in-frame orders
Please note that delivery dates will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of a confirmed order. We will review these lead times regularly and will be in touch as soon as we are able to reduce them. We do not expect the lead times to last more than a few weeks due to the installation of new machinery, which is currently underway and will result in increased capacity.
