ELEGANCE ORDERING PROCESS & LEAD TIMES


We are really proud to be able to offer the finest collection of in-frame kitchens in the South West, and to improve your experience of ordering an in-frame kitchen with us, we have compiled some useful information to keep in mind when you come to order.


Lead Times


Our lead time for an Elegance kitchen is 12 weeks after you have received confirmation. Delivery will be set at 12 weeks, but depending on your delivery area or the size of your project, our Order Processing team may need to adjust this to ensure the smooth and cohesive delivery of your Elegance kitchen.


In-Frame Quotation


Please note that processing an Elegance order can take up to 5 working days. Please submit your order via the Elegance Ordering Form. If for any reason you are unable to submit this form, please send a structured email with all the necessary details at the top of the email, followed by a clear list of unit codes and accessories.


Make sure your orders contain all the required information and special drawings for any non-standard units. By providing us with all the necessary details, we can make sure your kitchen is assembled and delivered as quickly as possible. Please be aware that any missing details may cause a delay in getting your kitchen delivered.


Remedial Orders


If for any reason you need to request a remedial from Customer Services, your order will be processed with a lead time of 15 working days. If additional orders are placed, they will follow the same timeframe. Your order will be scheduled on your next delivery day after this period. 


Training & Order Changes


Please be aware that your lead times may be extended if you change your order once it's been confirmed.


Our expert Regional Sales Manager, Donna Tancock, will make sure that you have everything you need to get started on your Elegance kitchen designs. When Donna comes to do a training visit, you will have an Elegance Training Disclaimer Form to sign, confirming you have received the necessary training.
