DELIVERY SCHEDULE UPDATE
We wanted to share a quick update about how we manage our delivery schedule, so you know what to expect.
When you choose your preferred delivery week, we carefully plan routes to ensure everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Your delivery day will usually remain consistent each week, which we know is important for planning and convenience.
From time to time - particularly during busier periods, we may need to make small adjustments to delivery days within your selected week. This flexibility allows us to optimise routes, keep transport efficient and ultimately help control delivery costs for everyone.
If any changes are needed, we will always aim to give you at least two weeks notice, so you have plenty of time to plan ahead.
We’d also like to take this opportunity to remind you that deliveries are carried out by two members of our team using large goods vehicles. To help ensure a smooth and timely delivery, it’s important that we have accurate information about access to your customers property. If you haven’t already done so, please complete the Delivery Checklist available on our Info Hub.
Our goal is to provide a reliable service while keeping costs fair and manageable, and we really appreciate your understanding and flexibility in helping us do that.
