Great news! We've made some exciting updates to our Delivery Checklist form, to make the process of ordering with us even more convenient.
The new form now includes a dedicated print and save button, making it super easy for you to complete and submit. Also, the logo on the form now matches the logo on our delivery team's uniforms. This means you'll easily identify our team when they arrive to make the delivery.
Just a friendly reminder that this form needs to be completed with every order you place.
This form is important as it helps us understand the location and accessibility of your delivery address, which in turn helps us ensure that your delivery arrives safe, sound and on time. Also, please remember to delete any previous versions of this form. We want to make sure we have the most updated information on file so that we can process your order without any delays.
