Please find our new Delivery Checklist available to download below. This Delivery Checklist has been created for our delivery team to have detailed information on the delivery address to plan accordingly. This document is required to be completed for every delivery to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery experience.
Regarding access information for our delivery team. Here are some factors to keep in mind:
Medium Access
Road issues (i.e. to tight for an HGV)
Steps, slopes & steep driveways to property
Long walk to the property
No suitable parking/unloading area near the property
Small doorways & narrow hallways/passages
Extra time needed to complete delivery
Hard Access
Hard access as a delivery would include some or all the above issues and be very time-consuming. It would need to use more than 2 men to complete the delivery, possible half a day or more to unload. So this would be very rare.
