We are writing with an update about how the restrictions put in place last night will affect our business and our service to you.

Based on the published information then we have interpreted the lockdown as follows:

Manufacturing can continue. Our factory staff can attend work as this type of work requires in-person attendance to be completed.
From Government Guidelines:
Work - you can only leave home for work purposes where it is unreasonable for you to do your job from home, including but not limited to people who work within critical national infrastructure, construction or manufacturing that require in-person attendance

Deliveries and installation can continue. All scheduled deliveries will continue as planned.
From Government Guidelines:
Where it is necessary for you to work in other people's homes – for example, for nannies, cleaners or tradespeople - you can do so.

Showrooms are required to close. However, home surveys/measurements (with COVID-19 secure measures in place), click and collect, virtual appointments can continue. The key hard-line taken by the government is that you must not have any member of the public in your showrooms.

As already mentioned, we will be making deliveries as planned. If you are unable to take a delivery, for example if your customer is shielding, then please give us as much notice as possible.
